About
Hi, I’m Galen. I take photos and film dance, and I’m a student in software engineer at Polytechnique Montréal. I shoot mostly landscapes, dance showcases and school events, because I want people to remember what they did and who they were with.

How it started
- 2017
Jealous of a friend’s photos, I borrowed my parents’ Canon 60D. It was purely for fun.
- 2021
Started university and joined PolyPhoto. Photography got serious.
- 2023
echo.udem was founded. I joined knowing nothing about video and now film dance choreographies.
- Today
Canon 60D, then Fujifilm X-T3, then my favourite, the Nikon Z6II, plus a pile of point-and-shoots and a Fujifilm X100VI.
